At Bloom & Spur, every pair of western heels is made with love, care, and a little western soul. We truly hope you adore your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 🤍

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

To start a return, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or we made an error.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right as quickly as possible 🌻


Exchanges

Need a different size or received the wrong item? Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help arrange an exchange depending on availability.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or used products
